Delivery Our aim is to deliver your purchases to you within 2-3 working days (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays). However, there will be items that we need to source from outside of our store and these have a delivery time of 10-14 days. Also, please allow slightly longer for the busier periods at Christmas and during the sales. If for any reason we can't do this we'll get in touch to let you know what is happening and why. If there is a problem with the availability of your chosen goods our customer services staff will let you know the likely delivery date. (You also have the option of alternative products or a refund). Please allow additional time (up to 15 working days) for the delivery of special order items. In most instances the parcel will not be left without a signature. Please provide us with a delivery address where the parcel can be signed for between the hours of 9:00am and 5:30pm. We are happy to arrange delivery to your place of work if this is convenient. If you are out when our couriers call they will leave a card and you can phone to arrange a convenient time for redelivery. You can always email or ring our Customer Services staff on 01984 623 989 to query your delivery charges. Delivery Charges UK Mainland delivery is FREE for most items. There are some large or heavy items in our store that will incur a delivery charge, such as Boulder Pads. Delivery outside of the UK Mainland We can deliver outside of the UK Mainland using the delivery methods available at the time of purchase. Please contact our Customer Services team on 01984 623 989 if you have any questions, or require delivery outside of Europe. I need my parcel redirecting but am unable to do this via the courier. We would advise that you contact our Customer Services Department on 01984 623 989, please have your consignment number to hand and the alternative delivery address.
